In 1992, David M. Frank began to handle bankruptcy matters, foreclosures and court appointed receivership cases in California, and worked with the FDIC with over 75 public or institutional clients after earning his Juris Doctorate in Law at Pepperdine University Law School and a Bachelor’s degree from University of California, Los Angeles. Since that time, Mr. Frank has been appointed to over 400 cases and has become a leader in commercial business management and reorganization for banks and lenders with their default loan portfolios nationwide.

Frank Court Appointed Receiver, an affiliate of Merrill Group of Companies, a privately owned commercial property management firm founded by Mr. Frank, works together as a team in conjunction with banks, lenders and the Courts to handle the large caseloads of default loan portfolios in the United States. With their experienced team, they have managed tens of thousands of square feet of commercial retail, multi-family properties, office buildings, and warehouse space with rents and profits, property preservation, and property management nationwide.
