David M. Frank oversees the company’s development, redevelopment and management acquisitions, as well as a Court Appointed Receiver, assisting bank and lending institutions with their distressed assets. Mr. David Frank, as an interim Director, oversees the operations of the company, retail shopping center, or multi-family property, preserving the value of the asset for future disposition. 

Mr. David Frank holds a California Real Estate Broker license, a Nevada Real Estate Broker license and Property Management, and a Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University Law School. Mr. David Frank is uniquely qualified and positioned to handle all aspects of receivership and business management, and his expertise in bankruptcy, auctions and business partnership disputes spans over 27 years. With Mr. Frank’s team of professionals, and nationwide capabilities, the Company’s diversity has presented tremendous value to banks and lending institutions throughout the United States.

David M. Frank, earning his Juris of Doctorate in Law at Pepperdine Law School in Los Angeles, CA, in 1992 formed David M. Frank, Court Receiver/Trustee and the “Distressed Property Unit”, working with the California Superior Courts and the Resolution of Trust Corporation. As a provisional director, real estate broker and developer, Mr. Frank was able to position his two companies as one of the nation’s foremost experts in default property and retail management.

Mr. David M. Frank, working as a receiver with banks and lenders handling their default loan portfolios, has been appointed to over 400 cases with millions of square feet of property management. The firm’s mission has gone nationwide, providing rehabilitation and restructuring to troubled assets, and providing a full service team with over 40 years of combined experience in asset management, property maintenance, leasing and marketing.
