David M Frank President of The Merrill Group of Companies
David M. Frank started his career in real estate development at the age of 25 after earning his Juris Doctorate in Law at Pepperdine University Law School and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California in 1992. In 1985, Mr. David Frank founded The Merrill Companies, a privately held development, asset management, and leasing firm in Woodland Hills, California.
In 1992, Mr. Frank began to handle bankruptcy matters and business reorganization as a Court Appointed Receiver; worked with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation with over 75 public or institutional clients, and appointed to over 400 cases.
In 1997, he co-founded the NewMark Merrill Companies, acquiring millions of square feet of retail shopping centers totaling 15 retail centers and 4 development projects, and the company ranked “Top 10 Property and Development Firms” in the Los Angeles area.
Las Vegas Nevada and California Property Management
In 2007, David M. Frank founded The Merrill Group of Companies, a commercial residential and property management firm with offices in Los Angeles, California and Las Vegas, Nevada, and has developed and managed over 5 million square feet of retail shopping centers, multi-tenant properties and warehouse space in California, Las Vegas and Nevada.
Nationally, David M Frank and his team with over a decade of experience has acquired and represented millions square feet of commercial development, multi-tenant properties, and shopping center management in several states. The Company credits amongst its large anchor tenants such as Wal-Mart, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Home Depot, CVS Pharmacy, Food 4 Less, Target, Staples and other local, regional and national retailers.
David M. Frank continues to seek investment, development, and property management opportunities throughout the United States.
